In the film Arbitrage, Richard Gere displays some interesting negotiation behaviours that are worth reflecting upon.

Watch him negotiate the sale of his business empire (4min), then challenge yourself to identify 5 positive and 5 poor negotiating behaviours (not including the gratuitous swearing in the opening).
