+ Can we send an observer to evaluate the program?

As our programs are delivered in an immersive training format, with 70% of the program involving live exercises, observation is not an effective way to evaluate the program. The only way to genuinely evaluate the program’s impact is to be part of it. However if you would like to have an observer attend part of a program, please contact us to discuss options.

+ Can I replace a participant?

Yes, if a participant can no longer attend, please let us know who will be taking their place as soon as possible, so that we can get the pre-course diagnostic out to them in time. Please see our detailed terms of business for company programs here.

+ How can I pay?
