2021 Grad Talk to the latest Commonwealth Bank graduates cohort.

Dr Matt Lohmeyer, the Principal of Negotiation Partners, last week delivered his annual Grad Talk for the Commonwealth Bank. The event introduces new graduates to a new way of thinking about negotiation, gives them the fundamentals they need to make an impact and the courage to give it a go.

In 2021, the event was delivered online to the 180 new graduates, followed by a lively debate and Q&A. Introducing young graduates to the power of effective negotiation so early-on in their careers is a terrific vote of confidence in their abilities and a wise investment.
