Background: Yasmin is the CEO of SkillsIQ, an organisation responsible for supporting training product development in the community services and health sectors and some areas of government. She is an experienced negotiator and mediator, having led major commercial and corporate negotiations. Combined with her previous experience as the inaugural NSW Small Business Commissioner and as Associate Commissioner for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Yasmin has a deep understanding of the challenges of negotiating at the boundary between government and the private sector.
Yasmin is a current member of the Adjunct Faculty at AGSM, where she teaches negotiation skills as part of the Women in Leadership program. She also holds a number of Board positions and is occasionally available to selected clients to consult on negotiations.

Qualifications: Yasmin holds a Masters of Business Administration and an Honours degree in Economics. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and member of the Resolution Institute.
